Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, perfectionism, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are capable, responsible people who are used to holding everything together for others, yet privately feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.

I hold a master’s degree in counseling psychology and have experience helping people navigate both personal and professional challenges. I’m especially interested in supporting clients who feel overextended, self-critical, or uncertain about what they need. I provide a space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and better understand yourself without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding, not judgment. Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be contributing to how you feel today.

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, mindfulness, and somatic, body-based practices. We may work with your thoughts and emotions while also noticing how stress shows up in your body and nervous system. I tailor therapy to each person, balancing deeper exploration with practical tools you can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you and understand what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what has been feeling difficult, what you hope will change, and any important experiences or relationships that may help me understand the bigger picture.

You don’t need to arrive with everything organized or know exactly what your goals are. We’ll begin identifying what you would like support with and develop a direction for our work together. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, more hopeful, and clearer about what our work could look like. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable while beginning to focus on what matters most to you.
