Great to meet you!

I view therapy as a collaborative journey toward personal growth and fulfillment. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and where we can work together to build meaningful, practical solutions for a more fulfilling future.

My approach to therapy

I believe growth and learning are possible at every stage of life, and I enjoy supporting clients as they navigate change with warmth, patience, and care. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, chronic illness, grief and loss, burnout, and life transitions, offering a holistic approach tailored to each individual’s needs, strengths, and learning style.

What you can expect from me

My work draws from Supportive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and strengths-based approaches to help clients recognize their potential and move toward their goals. I understand that change can feel daunting, and I believe that acknowledging the desire for change is an important first step. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
