Great to meet you!

Hello there, my name is Dr. Nichole Nava. I am a Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have my Doctor of Philosophy in General Psychology. I have two certifications; one in Violence Prevention and Intervention and the other in Criminal Justice. I have over 20 years experience in social services and education working with both children and families. I specialize in marital conflict, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, and pride counseling.

My approach to therapy

In today's society we are experiencing so much change, chaos, crises, and illnesses. It is absolutely common to feel fear, anxiety, confusion, and anger. It is also very common for these changes to cause challenges in communication with others. The focus of therapy is to allow a safe space for exploration, expression and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

My passion is to help provide you with guidance, encouragement, and the tools for empowerment to find your own sense of normalcy and lead you down the road of growth and change.
