Great to meet you!

I have been working with children/adolescents for over 10 years. I am a licensed psychologist with both a clinical child and school psychology background which uniquely qualifies me to support adolescents and children across multiple settings, including school, community, and mental health centers. I have specialized training working with clients with chronic medical conditions and co-occurring mental health issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am very passionate about ensuring that all of my clients are comfortable. It is very important to me that the therapy process is collaborative and that it cultivates an environment of trust and understanding. My hope is that each client feels empowered to effect changes in their life to further support their mental health.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is that clients are equipped with skills and coping strategies to successfully manage their identified concerns. This is done in an environment of support and warmth.
