Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’ve worked in community mental health, school systems, and private practice, and I’m deeply committed to providing culturally affirming care that honors the full complexity of who you are.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in a psychodynamic and relational approach, while also integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based on your needs. I work collaboratively and with warmth, and I’m especially attentive to how culture, identity, and systemic oppression shape emotional wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore what you hope to shift, heal, or better understand. My goal is to help you feel seen, safe, and supported from the start.
