Nicholle Lovely is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who works with adults and couples. Nicholle specializes in holistic interventions to provide support to individuals suffering depression and anxiety that may be related to interpersonal relationships, parenting, work stress, substance abuse, domestic violence, life transitions, or trauma. Nicholle enjoys strength-based practices and is client-centered in her approach.

Nicholle practices Holistic Healing with a trauma-informed, strength based approach. We will focus on the here and now and explore stressors as they arise, reflect on dreams, create intentions, and focus on Personal Empowerment. Nicholle will offer various interventions and coping skills in the moment for you to practice on your own in order to promote healing, health, and wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
