Great to meet you!

Hey there! I'm an LCSW and psychotherapist with over 5 years of experience. I specialize in working with individuals living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and LGBTQ+ youth and adults. I have also completed intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

My approach to therapy

I primarily utilize DBT in my work to help clients with developing mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I also incorporate other evidence-based modalities such as ACT and CBT.

What differentiates my approach is authenticity—I believe in being myself in sessions and creating an environment where clients can as well. If you are looking to make lasting changes to improve your mental health, I would love to be a part of your journey!

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can develop a better sense of self, build and maintain healthy relationships, as well as learn tools to help you manage difficult emotions.
