Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, I have worked in the non-profit world for years with children in families navigating complex trauma and identity. A significant part of my mission in this life is to encourage and promote continued growth and transformation within the lives of others. My background as an actor turned Drama Therapist allows the work I do with clients to be healing through play, performance, and storytelling. Being Queer, the roles and intersectionalities we hold are at the forefornt of my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

In a world of instability, there are two things that I have always known: to facilitate healing in people and to empower playing in the lives of others. My specialization is Drama Therapy, however, I use psychotherapy techniques, TF-CBT, and ARC in my scope of practice with the clients and families I work with.

What you can expect from me

After our first introductory session together, we will begin building out what you want therapy to look like for you. Diversifying your goals and treatment needs, we will together be able to build up our therapeutic alliance to create a brave space for you to navigate the complexities of this life.
