Great to meet you!

I work with adults and adolescents who are navigating challenges with attention, work and school stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, anxiety, and grief. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or looking for a different way forward, I aim to meet you where you are. Together we’ll explore what’s going on in your life and build tools that help you cope more effectively and move toward what matters most to you. My goal is to foster a working relationship where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical; it is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and informed by a range of evidence-based practices. I aim to be warm, attentive, and accepting. I value collaboration and will regularly check in to get your feedback in our work together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will discuss the specific challenges you are facing, explore the areas of your life that are being affected, and identify what effective therapy means for you. Then we will work together to develop a treatment plan that incorporates the evidenced based practices that have the best demonstrated effectiveness in meeting your particular goals.
