Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Nick! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 7 years of experience supporting individuals and partners through life's most meaningful challenges.

I specialize in working with queer folks and allies on gender and sexuality exploration, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also support partners looking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional intimacy. My practice is unapologetically queer and kink friendly.

My approach to therapy

As a person-centered therapist, my work is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in compassion. Together, we explore your story, relationships, and patterns to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful, lasting change.

I integrate a relationally focused perspective with cognitive approaches to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, build practical coping tools, improve communication, and develop goals that align with your values.

I want to meet you as a whole person embedded in the systems and relationships that shape your experience.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you've been carrying things alone for a long time.

In our first session, we'll take time to understand your story, what has brought you here, and what you're hoping to work toward.

I often tell clients that my vibe is direct and firm when I need to, but supportive and chill overall, and I firmly believe you are the expert of your own experience.

If you're looking for a collaborative, nerdy, and affirming therapist, I would love to support you.
