I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that has a passion to empower individuals to find meaning and purpose in their life. I graduated with my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology at University of North Carolina at Charlotte and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lenoir Rhyne University. I am certified in Accelerate Resolution Therapy (ART) and trained in Collaborative Family Law. I have a passion for working with trauma, addiction, anxiety, just to name a few.

My approach to therapy

The foundation of therapy with my clients begins with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Then I utilize a client centered approach to meet the needs of client by combining a variety of approaches, such as: solution focused, DBT, EFT, and internal family systems.

I provide my clients with a safe and compassionate space where one can explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are overwhelming or distressing. Together we will create goals that best suit the life you deserve to live!
