My approach to therapy

I am committed to providing care that is centered around you—your experiences, your goals, and your voice. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your needs and what matters most to you. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and support the diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, PTSD, to name a few. My approach focuses on listening with empathy, providing clear education, and working collaboratively so you feel informed and confident in your care. I respect your autonomy and strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

On the first session, the patient can expect a welcoming and collaborative experience focused on understanding their concerns and goals.
