Great to meet you!

Everyone has their own unique journey when it comes to healing, and it’s important to me to give my clients a space where they always feel valued and respected. Whether you’re working through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or another challenge life has brought your way, it’s okay to ask for help. With over 4 years of experience, I work with children, teens, adults, and seniors, helping them make sense of what they’re going through and find ways to feel better.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on meeting you where you are. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, develop practical tools to manage difficult emotions, and work toward greater confidence and resilience. My goal is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you better understand yourself and find strategies that work for you.

What you can expect from me

We’ll discuss your current concerns, your experiences, and the areas of your life you’d like to see change. I’ll also explain how I approach therapy and answer any questions you may have about the process.

Most importantly, there’s no expectation that you have everything figured out before you walk through the door. We’ll take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you and begin wherever you are.
