I believe that growth happens when we’re in close connection with trusted others. For that
reason, I will always prioritize building a strong, safe, and collaborative relationship with you.
Together we’ll uncover how your past experiences, contexts, and cultures have shaped you and the things you bring into therapy. I’ll guide you in being with your thoughts, feelings and sensations in a curious and self-compassionate way – an approach that I find allows for more emotional openings and possibilities for change.
My therapeutic style is well suited to those who are experiencing depression, anxiety,
relationship issues, low self-esteem, questions of identity, and trauma. I use tools and
interventions from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, Gestalt, relational therapy, and attachment theory.
