Great to meet you!

Over the past 8 years, I have made it my mission to experience as many populations, identities, mental health diagnoses and people as possible. The more unique persons I have come to know and assist, the more I have come to understand that no one person's circumstances are the same. With this in mind, I use approaches that are based on improving the skills and tools you already possess. This way, there is comfort in knowing that the goals set in session are not impossible, but achievable.

My approach to therapy

The services I provide are person-centered (meaning I will focus on your unique situation). Though I use a set number of interventions and practices, each outcome is custom to the needs of each client. There is no judgement and privacy is of the upmost importance. Dignity, self-determination and respect are the cornerstones I use to guide my clinical practice toward providing exceptional service.

What you can expect from me

In session, you can expect to express your truth without ridicule. You can also expect to be challenged using gentle reflections of your thoughts and feelings that we discuss. Since the work we will do is important to building your abilities and skills, you can also expect homework. But know, completing homework is not mandatory, it's just a way to help you continue to practice your growth outside of session.
