Parenting can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when your child struggles with emotions, behavior, or developmental concerns. You want to support them but may feel unsure how. They may have experienced trauma, have very big emotions, or have difficulty with transitions. Perhaps your child has challenges related to ADHD or ASD, and you are seeking a neurodiversity-affirming approach. You need a therapist who understands their unique needs. Maybe you are a parent or guardian seeking to improve your own emotional regulation skills and want to move away from “fear-based” parenting but need guidance. I can help.
My practice focuses on providing non-directive child-centered play therapy (CCPT) for kids 3-10 using a neurodiversity affirming and trauma informed approach that meets children's developmental needs. I also provide sessions to support caregivers in self-regulation and developing connection-based (non fear-based) parenting skills aligned with CCPT.
You deserve support that meets you where you are. If you are seeking a better connection with your child, I’m here to help. My approach is warm, collaborative, and respectful of your journey. If you are ready for the next step, I'd be honored to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
