Hello!

My name is Nicolai Weis. The most important privilege I have is working with people to witness their self-exploration and growth to a healthier state. I always respect and appreciate the partnership I form with those I am working with, in their journey for wellness.

I have worked in community mental health for over eight years and have experienced working with adults, children and families in numerous settings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have experience treating depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, trauma, anger management problems and relationship challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy to aid people in achieving better mental health.

I look forward to forming a transformative and healing relationship with you for change!

I offer sessions two Saturdays per month.
