Great to meet you!

Greetings! Welcome to my profile page! I'm so glad you are here. I created this practice to provide services to rural communities as they often do not get the same resources that larger cities receive. Everyone needs to talk to someone at some point in their life and I hope to be a provider that can provide a safe haven for people to receive help if they need it. I provide services primarily to individuals 6 years and older, however may consider younger children on an individual basis.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We start with obtaining a thorough history and plan to meet again in a week or two to discuss findings and work on a feasible treatment plan we both approve of. Follow up appointments will be much shorter and will be very focused on medication management and therapeutic support for the treatment goals. I believe flexibility is important and needed to provide the best care for my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to create a trusting, open environment where the client feels safe to talk about what is on their mind and to ask questions that they have. It is a very relaxed environment and I work hard to meet the client where they are at. I want this to be a safe haven for people to come and share their concerns so they can lead a more peaceful and happy life, and ultimately be the person they were meant to be.
