Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist passionate about supporting adults as they work toward healing and personal growth. My experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, trauma, grief, ADHD, conduct disorder, social anxiety, and family conflict. I believe every person has the ability to develop emotional resilience, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where that growth can happen. I especially value working with clients from diverse backgrounds and walking alongside them as they move toward self-healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centered framework, which means I believe that every individual has the ability to grow and heal when given the right support. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique experiences and goals, tailoring treatment to fit their needs. I often integrate evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, and strength-based approaches, to help clients manage challenges and build resilience. Creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space is always my priority so that clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, practical coping strategies, and a stronger sense of self-awareness. My goal is to help individuals build emotional resilience and develop tools they can use beyond the therapy session. I strive to create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative, where clients are encouraged to explore their challenges at their own pace. Over time, clients often find that they are better able to manage stress, improve relationships, and approach life’s difficulties with more confidence and balance.
