Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with experience working with individuals of all ages. I value the uniqueness each client brings to therapy. While I have extensive experience supporting teens and young adults, my focus has shifted to children’s developmental needs. I use Theraplay techniques to foster attachment and trust. With adults and couples, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help heal internal parts, promoting self-compassion and emotional balance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to empower clients to take an active role in their therapeutic journey, addressing their unique challenges and striving toward positive, lasting change. I also offer a flexible schedule to accommodate the diverse needs of my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away a sense of being truly heard and understood in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, providing clarity and insight into their emotions, behaviors, and challenges. We will collaboratively set goals and develop practical strategies for personal growth, healing, and resilience. Clients can also expect to leave with tools for coping, greater self-awareness, and actionable steps toward positive change, all within a framework that fosters empowerment and progress.
