Great to meet you!

Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile. Reaching out for professional support is a sign of self-awareness and readiness for change. I am very understanding of the fact, that finding you first therapist or a new therapist can be a bit nerve-wracking.

Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed in your daily life, emotions are difficult to regulate, you may experience conflict in relationships (personal or interpersonal), suffering a loss, or life stressors/changes in general.

Many people are dealing with chronic health issues that involve both physical and emotional symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I am not a ‘One Size Fits All” type of therapist. It is not my position to pass judgment or tell you how to live your life. My role is to assist you in identifying your strengths and target your goals. You will also develop the skills and knowledge that prepare and assist you with managing life stressors.

As a LCSW, educator, and qualified supervisor I have over 10+ years of experience helping individuals find happiness and peace. I primarily work with adults, first responders, veterans, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, PTSD, survivors of natural disasters/trauma.

I can offer an individualized and collaborative approach to assist you in managing/redirecting repetitive behaviors, depression, anxiety, somatic symptoms, low self-image, or grief, in comfortable and convenient virtual environment.

What you can expect from me

I work with individuals of all ages, races, cultural backgrounds, and sexual orientations. Treating anxiety, adjustment disorders, depression, emotional conflict, family conflicts, grief/loss, professional dilemmas, PTSD, Veteran's issues and more. I also specialize in coping with pain, fatigue, insomnia, and chronic illness including chronic fatigue, autoimmune disease, and fibromyalgia.

I look forward to accompanying you in your journey to inner peace and well-being!
