I help clients find relief from life's challenges related to anxiety, depression, transitions, relationships and work-related stress. Everyone entering psychotherapy comes from a unique walk of life. Together, we can identify your specific goals and create a treatment plan that addresses your areas of need. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children through adulthood, individually, as well as couples, families and groups. I also offer comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing for children, adolescents and adults, to test for emotional, behavioral or academic difficulties, the presence of learning disabilities or Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity disorders and to gain a better understanding of intellectual functioning and personality.
