Nicole Andreoli

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who works with people who are often high-functioning on the outside—but struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling stuck underneath.

My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, with a focus on helping you not just understand your patterns, but actually change them. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions, as well as those with more complex or longstanding emotional patterns.I also have extensive experience in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, with training at Hofstra University’s Saltzman Center and Long Island Jewish Hospital’s Nerken Center for Research. My work in this area informed my Amazon bestselling book, Mindfulness & the ADHD Parent: Cultivating Calm and Building Connection.In addition to clinical work, I’ve conducted fitness-for-duty evaluations for organizations including Viacom/MTV/VH1 and the Suffolk County Police Department.
