Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Nicole Armstrong, and I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Augusta University and have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, trauma, anxiety, grief, and other mental health challenges. I also have worked extensively with families dealing with issues related to addiction. I enjoy traveling, reading, and volunteering in the community.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative approach that includes CBT, mindfulness, narrative, reality, and Gestalt therapy. I want to create a safe space for you to heal and achieve your goals. If you are ready to regain your peace and purpose, I am here to help you develop the skills to change. I believe everyone deserves a compassionate and non-judgmental space to heal and I am honored to be able to provide that.

What you can expect from me

Are you experiencing challenges related to trauma, relationships, anxiety, or depression? Do you feel stuck? I believe that everyone can live a whole and fulfilling life, I am here to help you achieve just that. I want to create a safe space for you to heal and achieve your goals. If you are ready to take the steps toward regaining your peace and purpose, let's connect and see how we can work together.
