I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been working in the mental field for more than 6 years. I received my Master's Degree at California University of Pennsylvania in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, and trauma. My passion is working with adult women but am open to working with teens as well as adult men.
I approach therapy with a client-first mindset to help clients get what they want out of therapy. I like to utilize CBT interventions and person centered interventions to help my clients reach their goals and become the best version of themselves.
