I am a Licensed Professional Counselor born and raised in the greater New Orleans area. I received my Masters in Counseling from The University of Holy Cross (mid-pandemic) and have been practicing throughout the city of New Orleans as a school counselor for the past 7 years.
January 2024, I made the switch to private practice where I have enjoyed working with individuals or couples from all over Louisiana.
Creating a judgment-free environment where you can safely explore your thoughts and feelings is a top priority for me. My philosophy is that your counseling experience should be individualized to your needs and goals. I use an integrated approach to provide counseling therapy services for teens to adults. With a collaborative effort, we can find resolutions to develop long-term strengths.
To me, therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about showing up as you are and exploring what’s going on in your life, together. My goal is to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, understand patterns that might be holding you back, and find practical ways to move forward. Over time, many clients walk away with more clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves and others.
