Great to meet you!

When your relationships feel strained, your emotions feel overwhelming, or you're struggling to find stability through life's challenges, it can be difficult to know where to begin. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, family issues, and couples and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from their partners, frustrated by recurring relationship patterns, overwhelmed by family stress, or exhausted from managing intense emotions on their own. Whether you're facing communication difficulties, family conflict, mood related concerns, the impact of past experiences, or major life transitions, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand what's happening and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you strengthen your relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and build a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe lasting change happens when we address both the emotional challenges people face and the patterns that keep those challenges going. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic, recognizing the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and family systems oriented concepts to support meaningful growth. Together, we may explore anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflict, substance use concerns, anger management, sleep challenges, grief, cultural identity concerns, and emotional regulation. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you build healthier coping strategies, stronger communication skills, and greater self awareness.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, empowering, and judgment free environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can openly explore challenges while building on your strengths and creating practical solutions. As we work together, you can develop healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, stronger coping skills, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, family conflict, or relationship challenges, my goal is to help you feel more equipped to manage life's difficulties and move forward with greater resilience, stability, connection, and confidence.
