Great to meet you!

I specialize in self-esteem, ADHD, and shadow work (integrating parts of the self that one feels shameful about, rejects, or may not be aware of in order to more fully accept, like, and love oneself). I'm experienced in anxiety management, relationship issues, parenting and co-parenting, burnout, complex trauma, codependency, multicultural issues, somatic processing, and substance use and addiction recovery. I find that a variety of these issues tend to occur for most people who experience them.

My approach to therapy

I offer a calm, direct, and kind approach in which we discuss what's working, what's not working, and take steps to make things work better for you, along with processing past and current issues that may be contributing to help you heal.

I use a personalized and integrative approach that combines traditional mainstream therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Jungian Therapy with more alternative and holistic approaches such as Somatic Therapy and Narrative Therapy.

What you can expect from me

In addition to being a therapist, I'm a registered yoga teacher and often draw on the mind-body connection component of yoga in sessions to aid in processing, symptom management, and relapse prevention.

Working with me, you can expect a calm and safe space where you're challenged to grow and fiercely supported along the way. I'll always be direct, authentic, and honest with you and will do so from a place of respect with kindness and support.
