Great to meet you!

I provide a conducive environment where I display empathy and compassion. There will be a clear understanding of how to cope with underlying issues and it would always be my intent to assist you in becoming the individual you want to be without the residue of your past defining you. Trauma is real and unfortunately it can prevent you from unleashing your inner self, and becoming a productive individual reaching your potential.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients explore how past experiences shape their present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll uncover patterns and develop practical strategies for fostering healthier perspectives and responses.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, you can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere designed to help you feel at ease. We’ll discuss your goals, explore your concerns, and begin laying the foundation for your growth. My aim is to provide an empowering experience that sparks new insights and helps you see yourself in a more positive and transformative light.
