Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in both the public and private sectors. I received my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2016. I have spent a lot of time working as an LGBTQ+ therapist and ally.

My approach to therapy

What makes my practice unique is my belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, tools, and insight as you move toward greater clarity and emotional well‐being. I am passionate about this work because every individual deserves to feel happy, seen, and free from judgment.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where your experiences are met with acceptance and understanding. I take the time to truly get to know you—your story, your strengths, and the challenges you’re facing—so we can build a therapeutic relationship that feels safe and supportive.
