Great to meet you!

Hello!

I am mental health counselor for over 15 years. I am also a mom to 4 kids. I specialize in family relations, grief and loss, anxiety, and trauma. With my background, training and experience in these areas, I can help calm the waters and offer solution focused, empathetic support.

My approach to therapy

Life sometimes churns up the waves and it can feel like you are treading water. I work with children and adults to help navigate the ebb and flow our lives take on day by day. Relationships, anxiety, grief, family and stress effect everyone uniquely. I offer holistically minded therapeutic empathy, compassion, and strength-based support with positive energy and an open mind.

What you can expect from me

I hope to create an environment of trust and honestly, empathy and compassion. I listen to my clients and appreciate everyone’s unique experience and situation. I am solution focused and goal oriented but with an understanding that everyone has their own story to tell and is valued, appreciated, and heard.
