Great to meet you!

I approach therapy with curiosity and an open mind, creating a space where you can feel comfortable exploring your experiences. Clients often describe me as direct, honest, and warm, and I work to help you better understand yourself, take accountability, and build meaningful skills for change. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. My background includes work in university counseling centers, therapeutic riding programs, and other diverse settings. With over 10 years of experience, I support teens, college students, and adults in making thoughtful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

I work with teens, college students, couples & adults. Together, we can create a compassionate, judgment-free space to heal, explore, take risks and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with your inner strength and power. Healing after grief, trauma, and amidst stress takes courage, but it is absolutely possible. My approach is centered in strength based counseling, attachment, trauma-focused and somatic practices.

What you can expect from me

Through this journey, I am committed to helping you understand your emotions and triggers, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate greater self-compassion. Together we can help you create a life aligned with your values and give you the strength to thrive through a variety of life's challenges.
