Great to meet you!

I completed my Master’s of Marriage And Family Therapy in 2012. Since then I’ve worked with child, teenagers and adults in a variety of settings including, in home, community based and private practice. I work with individuals, couples and families.

My approach to therapy

I work from a systemic client-centered perspective, which means I will meet you where you are in the moment. I believe that all people have the strength and resilience to move through their struggles, hardships, and traumas. Our sessions will be built upon respect, genuineness and safety, created through empathy and validation.

What you can expect from me

My goal as your therapist is to walk with you on your journey as you seek clarity and happiness and your best self. We will work together to build a strong therapeutic relationship that will help you address your relationships with others and also with yourself.
