Great to meet you!

Do you find yourself saying yes when every part of you is screaming no — then spending the rest of the week resentful, exhausted, or wondering why you can never seem to put yourself first? Are you the one everyone leans on — the friend, the daughter, maybe the mom who shows up for everyone else — while quietly carrying the weight of not feeling good enough? Maybe you've gotten so good at keeping the peace that you've lost track of where other people's needs end and yours begin. You're not broken. You're exhausted from holding it all together, and something needs to shift.

I don't believe people are broken — you're doing the best you can with a nervous system that adapted to keep you safe. Together we'll get curious about the parts of you running the show, build tools to ride big emotions, set boundaries without guilt, and work with your body and nervous system — so the change actually sticks.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and deeply compassionate. I believe healing happens when we understand not only what we're feeling, but why our brains and nervous systems respond the way they do. Together we'll build insight, develop skills that actually fit your life, and gently work toward lasting change rather than just symptom management. I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space where LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and people of all identities, backgrounds, and family structures feel genuinely welcomed, respected, and safe to be themselves. I bring warmth, curiosity, and even a little humor into the room because meaningful work doesn't have to feel cold or clinical.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect me to show up casual, warm, and genuinely human—probably with the biggest Diet Coke I could find on my desk and yoga on my schedule so I can practice what I preach. The vibe is relaxed, but the work is anything but casual. I'll bring my science brain and my whole heart, and we'll tailor everything to fit you—not the other way around. Our first session, the intake, is where we'll talk about what brought you in, what you're hoping to change, and start building a game plan that actually fits your life.
