Great to meet you!

I know how hard it can be to carry anxiety, trauma, burnout, or the feeling that you're constantly holding everything together for everyone else. My practice focuses on helping adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationships, neurodivergence, women's issues, and the lasting effects of trauma. I'm trained in evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, and attachment-focused approaches, all grounded in neuroscience and compassion. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, without needing to have it all figured out, and without feeling like you have to pretend you're okay.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and deeply compassionate. I believe healing happens when we understand not only what we're feeling, but why our brains and nervous systems respond the way they do. Together we'll build insight, develop skills that actually fit your life, and gently work toward lasting change rather than just symptom management. I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space where LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, and people of all identities, backgrounds, and family structures feel genuinely welcomed, respected, and safe to be themselves. I bring warmth, curiosity, and even a little humor into the room because meaningful work doesn't have to feel cold or clinical.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—not putting you on the spot. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you've already tried, what's been getting in the way, and what you hope life could look like if things felt better. You'll have plenty of space to ask questions, and we'll begin creating a plan together that feels realistic and tailored to your goals. Most clients leave feeling heard, understood, and relieved to have a clear direction forward.
