Nicole Busch

I have volunteered in hospital emergency rooms, the court system, and homeless shelters. I have also worked in Residential Group Homes, Intensive Outpatient Care, and Outpatient settings. While each experience was unique, it validated that our mental and physical health are intrinsically linked, and that I want to be part of the helping process.

My approach to therapy is to create a strong therapeutic rapport so that a client feels safe and connected during sessions. From this rapport, I help clients gain insight into areas they feel suck or lack of confidence. My approach is warm and gentle, reflecting back a client's strength and progress. My approach is also direct, reminding clients of their values, goals, and promises they have made to themselves.

Clients can expect to take away the feeling of being heard and understood as well as something they can take with them and apply into their day.
