Great to meet you!

I am passionate about providing compassionate, supportive care. My experience includes working in group homes, facilitating group therapy, and I truly value the opportunity to deepen my work with clients by building meaningful therapeutic relationships through psychotherapy.

I believe that every person has unique strengths, and I enjoy helping clients recognize those strengths, build on them, and develop the skills and confidence to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what you're experiencing, gain insight, and develop practical tools to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults experiencing relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and the many questions that come with change. Whether you're adjusting to a new stage of life, processing the end of a relationship, strengthening communication with a partner, or trying to reconnect with yourself, we'll work together to identify patterns, clarify your goals, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely heard and understood. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences and strengths. Together, we'll build on what's already working while developing practical strategies to help you navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-compassion.

If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with empathy, curiosity, and respect, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace. My primary goal is to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn about the goals you'd like to work toward.

We'll also discuss any previous experiences you've had with therapy—what was helpful, what wasn't, and what you hope will be different this time. I believe it's important to build on strategies and strengths that have worked for you in the past while identifying areas where you may need new tools or a different approach.

Together, we'll begin creating a plan that feels personalized to your needs, priorities, and pace. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together.
