Great to meet you!

I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, supported, and empowered. I work collaboratively with clients to identify practical solutions, build on their strengths, and develop the tools needed to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.

I enjoy working with clients who are ready to challenge themselves, explore new perspectives, and actively engage in the therapeutic process. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or other personal struggles, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where lasting growth and healing can take place.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and flexible, meeting each client where they are while encouraging growth at a pace that feels both safe and purposeful. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I like to get to know all about you, your life and those who are apart of your every day. We will also roughly identify what brings you to therapy. However, specific goals and details can be discussed over the next few sessions.
