Hi! My name is Nicole. I earned my Masters in Counseling from Northwestern University, where I received training in psychodynamic theory. I have been working in the private practice setting for 7 years, primarily working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, existential crisis, and life transition.
As a therapist, I strive to meet each individual where they are in their journey. We are a sum of our parts and should be treated as such. I implement a holistic approach with a focus on being present and mindful of our here and now.
I aim for our sessions together to feel safe, compassionate, and encouraging. I am an avid traveler, seeking adventure and leaning towards curiosity whenever given the chance. In the therapeutic process, I offer to be your guide on this adventure to work toward your personal goals.
