I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I have 9 years experience working with kids, teens and adults. It is my mission to empower people to heal from past traumas, break unhealthy relationship patterns and overall improve their mental

health. My goal is to empower clients to understand that a diagnosis is not who they are nor should it define them. I work with people who are struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, adhd, as well as post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).

I utilize a holistic and evidenced based approach to therapy. Meaning I consider the mind, body and sprit connection when working with my clients. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, Mindfulness/ Meditation, Internal Family Systems(IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), and several other practical approaches to reduce symptoms that clients may be struggling with. I believe that all clients have the power to heal and I would be honored to help guide the way.

I help clients through many different methods. First, I feel that the most important is to provide clients with psycho education on their symptoms and to provide them with the tools to improve their mental health. Once a client has a good understanding on their intervention options, then together we can make an informed decision on which evidenced based therapy best suits their needs.
