I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other therapeutic modalities tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.

I value very highly my clients’ culture, their intersecting identities, and attend to the ways in which systems of power and oppression influence clients’ lives. I have a wealth of experience with counseling individuals from diverse backgrounds, with specializations that include LGBTQ+ and Caribbean populations.

In addition to my role as a clinical mental health counselor, I am also a practicing school counselor, which I have been for over 18 years. As such, my expertise also extends to counseling adolescents as they navigate developmental and mental health challenges. I am the founder and psychotherapist of this counseling practice, Salt Water Counseling & Wellness, LLC. I offer both tele-health and in-person sessions, available in the late daytime and evenings.
