Great to meet you!

I’m Nicole Clement, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Trauma-Focused Therapist serving clients in Kentucky and Indiana. I have over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and focused on helping clients reclaim their voice, build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies that align with their lived experiences. I work with adults, professionals, and teens who may be silently struggling but are ready to better understand themselves and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is collaborative, practical, and centered on helping you feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

I provide client-centered, strengths-based therapy that meets you where you are emotionally and mentally. My work integrates cognitive behavioral therapy with a trauma-informed lens, helping uncover unresolved or unrecognized experiences that may be impacting your current functioning.

I often work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions, especially those who feel stuck or overwhelmed without fully understanding why. Together, we focus on identifying patterns, building emotional regulation skills, and developing practical tools that support informed, values-based decision making.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel emotionally safe to explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, identifying your goals, and discussing what you’d like to change or better understand.

Early sessions often focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and identifying practical next steps toward healing. Therapy is collaborative and paced to your needs, with an emphasis on helping you feel more confident, grounded, and equipped to move forward.
