Great to meet you!

With more than 20 years in the helping profession, I bring a background in psychology, behavioral health, and addictions to my work with adolescents and adults from all walks of life. I believe every person holds unique strengths and a real capacity for growth — and my role is to help you access both.

My approach to therapy

I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what matters most, find greater purpose, and move toward the life you want. My approach is individualized and collaborative, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we'll clarify your goals, build on what's already working, and develop practical strategies for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know you — your background, what brings you to therapy, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll also identify the strengths and resources you can build on as we begin.
