Great to meet you!

If you're exhausted from constant worry, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, or feeling trapped in cycles of overthinking, you're not alone—and effective treatment is available.

I specialize in treating OCD, panic disorder, health anxiety, postpartum anxiety and OCD, and grief. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in mental loops, seeking reassurance, avoiding situations, or questioning themselves constantly. Together, we'll learn how anxiety operates and develop practical skills to help you regain confidence and freedom.

My approach combines evidence-based treatments including Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel understood while also being challenged to make meaningful change.

Whether you're struggling with intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, health fears, postpartum anxiety, or the impact of a significant loss, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel both understood and empowered to take action. I work alongside clients to understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck while helping them develop new ways of responding to difficult thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.

I specialize in treating OCD, panic disorder, health anxiety, postpartum anxiety, grief, and adjustment-related concerns. My work integrates Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, helping them build confidence, increase psychological flexibility, and reconnect with the life they want to live.

My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients develop a healthier relationship with uncertainty, trust themselves more fully, and move toward what matters most to them.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, symptoms, personal history, relationships, and goals so I can gain a clear understanding of your experiences and what support may be most helpful.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I am a good fit for your needs. Together, we'll begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to your struggles and discuss a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals.

Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved to have a better understanding of what they're experiencing and hopeful about having a clear path forward. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to begin making meaningful changes.
