Great to meet you!

Are you tired of carrying the weight of anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or self-doubt on your own? Life can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to meet everyone's expectations while struggling to meet your own. Therapy offers a space where you can slow down, be heard, and gain clarity without judgment. You don't need to have all the answers before reaching out. Together, we'll identify what's holding you back, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change so you can feel more confident, balanced, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about working with adults and teens, and my approach is supportive, collaborative, and real. You don’t have to have the “right words” or everything figured out before we talk. You can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll work on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life—one step at a time. If any of this sounds familiar, I’m here and ready to support you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to begin telling your story in a space that is warm and non-judgmental. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and discuss what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. You can expect a collaborative and supportive experience from the very beginning.
