My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence-based techniques to support concerns such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, unresolved trauma, relationship issues, life transitions and stress management.

Our sessions will be tailored to your individual needs. Through our collaboration we will work together to explore your challenges, develop solutions as well as coping skills to help you achieve a heightened sense of calm and a more fulfilling life.
