Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional Counselor, I believe that therapy should be a place where you show up as your authentic self-without the judgements or pressures society has placed on you. I have a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with a wide range of Mental Health concerns including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, and more. I specialize in PTSD and use evidence-based approaches tailored to each individuals unique needs and experiences. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative environment where you feel heard, respected and supported as you work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. As an LPC, I draw from evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed interventions. I specialize in PTSD and trauma-related concerns, while also supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. I believe that therapy can be meaningful and challenging without having to feel overly formal or intimidating.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges. Together, we work toward increased emotional regulation, healthier relationships improved self-awareness and the ability to move forward without being defined by past experiences. I create a warm, collaborative, affirming environment that is judgment free, where clients can be honest, ask questions, laugh and feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel supported and celebrated, even when success comes in small steps.
