Great to meet you!

I provide supportive, honest, and straightforward counseling in a warm, engaging, and down-to-earth environment. With over 10 years of experience in social work and 5 years providing therapy, I help individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you build the insight and tools needed for meaningful, lasting change. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet you where you are.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I work with individuals, couples, and families to better understand patterns in relationships, thoughts, and behaviors that may be contributing to stress or conflict. My style is supportive, honest, and engaging, while also being direct and solution-focused. Together, we build insight, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming and relaxed space where they can begin sharing their story at their own pace. I focus on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and learning what has brought you to therapy at this point in your life. Together, we will discuss your goals for therapy and identify areas you would like to work on moving forward. My goal is to create a supportive, comfortable environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to begin making meaningful changes.
