While I have worked with people of all ages, I especially enjoy working with teens and adults who are navigating life’s transitions, emotional challenges, or healing from past experiences.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can speak freely, feel supported, and begin to heal. I offer EMDR therapy as part of my practice and am passionate about helping people find clarity, connection, and their unique path forward.
Therapy sessions are tailored to your emotional needs—whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply seeking greater direction or balance in your life.
