Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Nicole, and I provide individual therapy in a warm and supportive environment, where clients can safely explore their thoughts and emotions. I received my Masters in Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver and have received specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I work with adults facing a wide variety of challenges and am particularly passionate about helping clients heal from any unresolved trauma using EMDR.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in person-centered and holistic principles, drawing upon EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. I personalize my counseling methods to meet your unique needs, fostering an empathetic and compassionate therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from our first session

If you have unresolved experiences that are holding you back from living the life you desire, I am here to help guide you on your healing journey. Together, we can work toward your goals in a nurturing and supportive space.
