Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Nikki. I support adults navigating chronic illness, grief, or major life changes so you can feel more grounded, supported, and capable in your day to day life. As both a licensed clinical social worker and registered nurse, I understand how closely physical and emotional health are linked, and I will make intentional space for both in our work together so you do not have to choose.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, practical, and focused on what will genuinely help you feel a bit better, not just during session but throughout your week. We will explore what feels hardest right now, what keeps you feeling stuck, and what you want life to feel like instead. I use simple, effective tools to shift unhelpful patterns, build small doable habits, and lean into your existing strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will slow down, talk through what has been weighing on you, and clarify where you would like the most support. If you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure where to start, that is completely okay. I will meet you with warmth and curiosity, and together we will begin creating a steadier path toward feeling more confident, balanced, and less alone.
