Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest part of change isn't knowing that something needs to be different—it's figuring out what comes next.

You may be navigating a major life transition, struggling in a relationship, recovering from a difficult experience, or simply feeling disconnected from the life you've worked so hard to build. On the outside, things may appear fine. Internally, though, you might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who you are in this current season of life.

I'm Nicole, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who have spent years caring for others, meeting expectations, and pushing through difficulties, only to realize they're no longer sure what they need for themselves.

Therapy offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and create a path forward that feels aligned with who you are today—not who you've had to be in the past.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be both supportive and transformative. My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard while also helping you identify the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, build practical coping strategies, and strengthen your ability to navigate life's difficulties with greater confidence and resilience.

I don't believe people are broken. More often, they're exhausted from carrying too much for too long, adapting to circumstances that required them to put their own needs aside, or trying to navigate changes they never expected. Therapy can help you reconnect with your strengths, clarify what matters most, and begin making decisions that support the life you want moving forward.

What you can expect from me

When we first meet, we'll focus on understanding what's bringing you to therapy and what you hope will be different. You don't need to have the perfect explanation or know exactly where to start.

Many clients come in feeling emotionally drained, uncertain about their future, or frustrated by patterns that continue to show up in their relationships, work, or daily lives. Over time, therapy can help you gain greater clarity, build healthier boundaries, improve emotional well-being, and develop a stronger sense of trust in yourself and your decisions.

My goal is to help you move beyond simply getting through life and begin creating a life that feels more fulfilling, intentional, and authentic.
